The guys did a great job on the installation of my windows, they look great. I have one that has a stress crack and needs replaced. I've been waiting for 6 months now but it's still on order?! I don't understand why it's taking so long and for a replacement window to be installed. I've called a couple times for an update on the status and the answer is always the same, "it's still on order". Very frustrating.

When Jason came to my home for the estimate he was totally professional with no pressure to buy the windows. His team was great and very helpful.

It takes a while to get your service but the ones who installed the windows did a great job. They were polite, professional and finished the job in good time. Will be using window Depot again

Window Depot did an amazing job installing the windows in my basement! The process from start to finish was by far more than what I expected. The job could not have been done better. This was for an older house to be sold. The new windows not only saved a lot of money and time trying to restore the old ones, but should cause the value of the home to increase at least by twice the cost of the installation. I am VERY PLEASED.
